Welcome to Sibongile Day and Night Care Centre! We are currently at full capacity, but we maintain a waiting list for future placements. If you are interested in registering your child, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit Us

Visit our main offices at the Corner of Nonkxwe and Nkanyezi Street in Ilitha Park, behind the ZCC church. Bring the following documents:

• Birth certificate
• Clinic card
• Appointment card
• Medical report (History of disability)
• Parent’s ID copy

Step 2: Waiting Period

Once you have visited our office, your child will be placed on our waiting list. The waiting time varies depending on the availability of space. We appreciate your patience during this period.

Step 3: Call for Assessment

During the waiting period, you will receive a call from Sibongile Office notifying you about the date of the assessment. You will be asked to bring your child to our Day Care Centre premise for a 5-hour and 30-minute assessment (from 09h30 – 15h00). Our teachers and physiotherapist will assess your child to determine if we can accommodate them at Sibongile.

Step 4: Admission

When a space becomes available, we will contact you based on the date of your application (first come, first served). You will receive forms to complete and return to the school. You will also be informed of your child’s start date.
